បេក្ខជនសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីបរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រ ត្រូវមានសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ ឬសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ និងអនុម័តដោយក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។ ម៉្យាងទៀត បេក្ខជនត្រូវមានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រទទួលស្គាល់ស្មើៗគ្នា ឬបរិញ្ញាបត្ររងក្នុងវិស័យណាមួយ។
Applicants for the Bachelor of Law Program are required to hold a high school diploma or a diploma deemed equivalent and approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). Alternatively, the applicants shall have an equal accredited certificate, or an associate degree in any field.
