ទស្សនៈអប់រំរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង
សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង គឺជាសហគមន៍សិក្សាមួយដែលផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យនិស្សិតទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ និងឥរិយាបទឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ តំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ តាមរយៈមធ្យោបាយអប់រំសម្បូរណ៍បែប។ ការណ៍នេះរួមបញ្ចូលនូវការអនុវត្តទ្រឹស្តី និងបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្នុងវិស័យការងារ និងជីវភាពជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពស្រាវជ្រាវ សហគ្រិនភាព គំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិតនិងនវានុវត្តន៍ សមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រង ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ក្រមសីលធម៌ ការទទូួលខុសត្រូវត្រូវសង្គម ព្រមទាំងការសិក្សាពេញមួយជីវិត។ និស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងនឹងសម្រេចបានលទ្ធផលខាងលើតាមរយៈការចូលរួមសកម្មក្នុងសកម្មភាពសិក្សាផ្សារភ្ជាប់ការអនុវត្ត និងសកម្មភាពអប់រំជាលក្ខណៈសហការ។

Educational Philosophy of National University of Management
The National University of Management is a learning community providing graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to respond to the emerging socio-economic development needs of the nation, region and the world through various modes of educational provision. This includes the application of theories and experiences to solve problems in the world of work and real-life environment, in order to develop research capacity, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, management skills, leadership, ethics, social responsibility, as well as lifelong learning. The graduates of NUM learn best through active participation in experiential learning and collaborative educational activities.
