កម្មវិធីសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រ (LL. B) ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱ្យនិស្សិតដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា នូវវិជ្ជាជីវៈផ្អែកច្បាប់ ទាំងចំណេះដឹងទ្រឹស្តី និងបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែង។ យើងខ្ញុំរៀបចំកម្មវិធីសិក្សាដើម្បីកសាងសមត្ថភាពរបស់និស្សិតសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងជំនាញតាមរយៈការគិត វិភាគ បកស្រាយ ធ្វើការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់ ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាច្បាប់ និងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់។ និស្សិតទទួលបានឱកាសរីករាយជាមួយបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងជាមួយអ្នកអនុវត្តច្បាប់ដូចជា មេធាវី ចៅក្រម ព្រះរាជអាជ្ញា និងសមាជិកមហាវិទ្យាល័យផ្សេងទៀតតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីតុលាការប្រតិដ្ឋ និងកម្មវិធីផ្តល់ប្រឹក្សាយោបល់។
និស្សិតដែលបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាអាចមានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកច្បាប់គ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដែលអាចធ្វើឱ្យពួកគាត់មានសមត្ថភាពធ្វើការក្នុងវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាប់។ យើងខ្ញុំផ្តល់ជូននូវការអប់រំផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយ៉ាងម៉ត់ចត់ក្នុងបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល និងរាក់ទាក់សម្រាប់និស្សិតដើម្បីបញ្ចេញសក្តានុពលរបស់ពួកគាត់ឲ្យលើសពីព្រំដែនដែលបានកំណត់។ យើងខ្ញុំបានប្រើបច្ចេកទេសសិក្សាដែលផ្តោតលើនិស្សិត (student-centered learning) ទៅក្នុងការអប់រំផ្នែកច្បាប់ ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការ និងការរំពឹងទុករបស់និស្សិត។ សម្រាប់រយៈពេលវែង កម្មវិធីរបស់យើងខ្ញុំ រួមចំណែកដល់ការប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងតំបន់ ក្នុងជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងអាស៊ាន (សមាគមប្រជាជាតិអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍)។
The Bachelor of Law (LL. B) Program is designed to provide graduates with legal professions in the areas of laws both theoretical knowledge and practical experiences. We design curriculum to build students’ ability for legal practices and skills through critical thinking, analyzing, interpreting, conducting legal research, solving legal problems and applying legal rules. Students also have opportunities to enjoy practical experience with legal practitioners like lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and other faculty members through moot courts and clinical programs.
Graduates can have an adequate legal knowledge that would make them capable for working in legal profession. We offer rigorous legal education and training in intimate and friendly environment for students to release their potentials across boundaries. We adopted a student-centered learning technique to legal education responding to the student’s needs and expectations. For the long-run, our Program contributes to regional competitiveness in legal professional skills, and human capital in ASEAN (the Association of South East Asia Nations).
